Wicker Park Grace

Wicker Park Grace is a growing local community and social project in exploration of grace-based faith.

This mid-sized website welcomes its community and visitors through a balance of providing quality information and inviting participation. A general unbranded warm aesthetic was conveyed primarily through the sandy background color and simple layout.

The TikiWiki Content Management System and a MySQL database were pre-chosen by the previous website designer for this project. It proved to be a considerable challenge to develop custom designed functional features into the TikiWiki based website. Furthermore, web standard validation was not achieved.

Many hard lessons were learned during this initial h1 website project. I must thank Nanette Sawyer for her patience, encouragement, and commitment.
